At Shell Shock, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn fashion items. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the garments are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Shell Shock account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely attach it to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized courier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
